Step 1: Download the application form.
Step2: Have a recent passport sized photograph .
Step3: Fill it completely.
Step 4: Buy TWO envelopes and a 5 rupees postage stamp.
Step 5: On one envelope write YOUR address and paste the 5 rupees stamp on it.
Step 6: On the other envelope write the address of the coordinator of the ZONE, you are applying in. (See below to see the Zones and the addresses of the Zonal Coordinators.) One more thing on this envelope: Write “NBHM Ph.D. Scholarship”” on this envelope.
Step 7: Put the following in the envelope(with ZONAL COORDINATOR address):
(a) Application form
(b) Envelope containing your address
Step 8: Post it.
